I regularly teach three courses at CUHK covering probability theory, Fourier analysis and signals, and multiuser information theory. Each course page links to lecture notes, homework assignments, and other resources for the most recent offering.

For questions about a specific offering please use the Piazza page for that term (linked on each course page) or contact me by email.

IERG 5254
Multiuser Information Theory
A graduate course on the information-theoretic foundations of multiuser communication, covering broadcast channels, interference channels, multiple access channels, and related topics in network information theory.
Recent offerings: Spring 2025
IERG 5400
Theory of Probability
A graduate course on measure-theoretic probability, covering probability spaces, random variables, modes of convergence, laws of large numbers, the central limit theorem, conditional expectation, and martingales.
Recent offerings: Spring 2026

Note for students

Homework, lecture notes, and announcements for current courses are managed through Piazza. Links to the Piazza page for each current offering are on the individual course pages above.

If you are a prospective graduate student interested in research supervision, please see the students and group page and the "For prospective students" section on the homepage.
